How your piece gets to you — collection from our Khanakul showroom, or delivery arranged with you directly.
The simplest way to receive a piece is to collect it from us at Laha Para, Atghara, Kalitola, Post Kaiba, Khanakul, West Bengal 712412. We're open Mon–Sat · 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM. Come in, see the piece in daylight, and take it with you.
For customers who cannot travel to the shop, we arrange delivery individually. Because jewellery is valuable and every order differs in value and destination, we agree the delivery method, timing and any charge with you directly before the order is confirmed — rather than applying a blanket rule.

Pieces marked as made to order are crafted after you place the order, so they take longer than pieces we hold in stock. We give you a realistic timeline when you order — and tell you if it changes.
Gold is charged at the day's rate, and rates move daily. We confirm the final price with you before an order is finalised, so there are no surprises between agreeing a piece and paying for it.
